Registration

Both general and student registrations include access to all sessions, proceedings, welcome reception and conference kit. Student ID will be required at the registration desk if you choose student registration. Accompanying person registration includes welcome reception and conference kit.

- The number of dinner tickets cannot exceed the number of registered persons.
- Lunch boxes will be Japanese style lunch boxes "bento".
- The number of registrations for the excursion cannot exceed the number of registered persons.
- The fee of Excursion 2, a bus tour, is not fixed yet (around JPY 5,000-8,000 per person) and to be paid on-site. Seats may be limited.
